The Copenhagen based fashion brand Skall Studio was founded in 2014 by the sisters Julie and Marie Skall. The sisters grew up in the coastal area of Northern Jutland, surrounded by nature. A background that plays a great role in their approach to design and use of natural materials. With a conscious approach to all aspects of the production and the people involved, fur and leather free collections and styles made to last as well as a heart for craftsmanship, Skall Studio is known as a value-based brand, striving for a better fashion industry.

Amongst others, Skall Studio is known for their Danish signature knitwear, spun from Danish wool in one of the few remaining spinning mills in Denmark and afterwards knitted in one of the few remaining knitting factories in Denmark. A way to support craftsmanship and local production and to ensure transparency in the supply chain. Skall Studio is GOTS certified.
